I’m a Licensed & Insured Esthetician located in Downey, Ca I started Mermaid Beauty in October 2019 The beauty services I provide are Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Brow Tints, Brow Waxes & Facials Please make sure to carefully read policies below before booking. _________________________________________ ♡ POLICIES ♡ •$40 Non-Refundable deposit required to book •No extra guest of any age •Grace period is 10 minutes •After 10 minutes late appointment will be canceled •If the appointment is rescheduled 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred 1 time to a new appointment scheduled within 30 days. • No call no shows will be banned from further bookings. I know things happen please communicate •NO Refunds on any service as there is no way to get material and time back. •If you are having excessive shedding during the first 48hrs. I will do a complementary fix if I'm notified within 48hrs •If you are having an allergic reaction. I can remove lashes at no cost NO refunds will be issue •Please come with eyes and eyelids clean, free from makeup, mascara, strip lash glue and oil. •No foreign fills. I do not fill over other Lash artist work.Please book a new set •Book a fill according to your retention and lash growth every 2-3 weeks •50% of lashes required to be considered a fill •If less than 50% lashes are present it will be considered a full set at full set pricing. •Please take care of your lashes for best retention. Clean lashes= healthy lashes & retention.
